Nice hotel, old fashioned charm, nice pool, gardens, tennis court and great beach access. Nice end of Benidorm with some decent little bistros next door. Well away fro all the stag dos etc. Many locals staying in the hotel. Ideal for a short break at reaonable cost.

very nice check in, tried very hard. good location, clean little beach hotel in a good and not crowded area, cozy corner, pleasant people, you have everything you need
The canteen climate at breakfast, loud rumbling crockery trolleys and clearing campaigns, the reason why we decided to forego the evening meal buffet. too expensive for the outdated ambiance, which had its charm but still too expensive

A true gem of hospitality
Our mornings began with vibrant yoga sessions led by Andrea, who effortlessly brought joy to our family. The outdoor terrace, perfect for sunsets, quickly became our favorite spot!
Although the overall experience was wonderful, a few minor maintenance issues in our room disrupted the flow of our stay. It was a slight downside to an otherwise fantastic holiday.

I have stayed here before and will be returning here soon, loved it. My room was good-sized and recently renovated and featured impressive view of the sea. The beds were comfortable, the food was outstanding. The service was exceptional and the pool was nice. Had no problem using their paid parking, the internet was very good.

A Good Stay with Lovely Views
Recent 8-day visit was so nice! Upgraded to a super clean pool view room with fantastic lunch options. The pool area never felt crowded, nice for relaxation anytime. Helpful staff made dining enjoyable, especially lunch options. Don't miss exploring local restaurants in the evening for authentic flavors.

We liked the relative quiet location, compared with the rest of Benidorm. Also the close distance to the sandbeach is a pre. The centre of crowded Benidorm is 30 minutes walk along the cost or 10 minutes by bus. Busstop in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff.
The hotel is one of the first built in Benidorm and has a chicque 5 star history and that is exact the reason that a lot of first guests come back in spite of the degrading to 4 stars. However the rooms are out of date and really need a make-over. The noice of the elevator is the best wake-up call.In the bathroom you can exactly understand and hear what your neighbour is doing. balconies have no privacy at all. The daily menu was every day mor or less the same. To us, the ranking should be 3 star as long as the rooms and facilities are not improved drasticly.

What stands out, both good and bad
The beach location is fantastic , offering great access to both the sand and sea. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful.
There are noticeable noise disturbances due to thin walls , which can disrupt restful nights. Limited evening entertainment options left many bored after dinner.

The location and the car parking facilities at the hotel were very good.. The reception staff were good and polite.. My dog was also made welcome
I thought the hotel decor very drab and dark. The food at breakfast not really up to 4 star hotel standard. The balcony in the room was also very small. I was charged €16 a day to be able to take my dog although on the web site it said an additional charge for small dogs may be made, after the booking was made and confirmed by visa card then l was advised a charge would be made. Very expensive for nothing.

An old hotel with oldfashioned style in a good sense: no crowds, classy, calm, silent. No rushes in the buffet, etc. You do not think that you are in Benidorm, the area is also very quiet. No nightlife around.

Nice, quiet, relaxing with great views from our room balcony (very few rooms have this view, 2nd and 3rd floor in the middle of the front of the hotel). Room very clean and remained clean during our 4 day stay. Bar terrace great place to have a relaxing pre-bedtime drink, friendly staff
Buffet style restaurant. Food nothing to write home about, and fairly expensive for the quality.

This is the second time I have been to this hotel with my elderly parents, but took my 22 year old daughter along with us this time. The hotel and the staff are fabulous and friendly. The location could not be any better, just a short hop to the beach. It is a lovely quiet Spanish hotel and area and we have all come back refreshed. The weather has been excellent.
There was nothing to dislike.
